William Zeigler
"I joined the Army in July of 1977. I served ten years, with two overseas tours in Germany, one in Frankfurt and the other one in Bamberg. I was trained as a photographer by the military and worked as a photographer while in the army and later as a civilian photographer at Fort Ord. Presently I am one of the Military and Veterans Affairs representatives of Monterey County.
