The Monterey Peninsula Art Foundation
Please join us:
October 25, 2008, 3 to 5 pm, at the
M.P.A.F. Gallery, 425 Cannery Row, Monterey,
for our fall opening.
The Monterey Peninsula Art Foundation (M.P.A.F.) is a cooperative gallery. Our members have agreed to share expenses and sell their work at the gallery and on this website. The Foundation does not take a commission on the work, and the staff consists of volunteer artists. Our intent is for local artists to become acquainted with each other and create an art community. M.P.A.F. was founded in 1981. The late Virginia Morse left a a legacy to educate our members and the public with lectures on art history and workshops.
We believe that artists must have an opportunity and a place to show their
work. So enjoy visiting our members' work; links to the artwork of
selected M.P.A.F. members are listed in the left and right margins.
And please visit our gallery at 425 Cannery Row, Monterey, CA.
M.P.A.F. is non-juried for membership and for inclusion in our biennial show. If you are interested in membership, please contact us.
