INSTRUCTIONS and SIGN-UP for MPAF All-Member Show 2023

Show runs: May 1 - June 29, 2023

​MPAF is accepting entries for the MPAF all-member exhibition 2023 at the Avery Gallery in Seaside. Deadline to enter is April 1. Send details via CONTACT FORM (below) for EACH ARTWORK by April 1, 2023.

​ENTRIES:  All paid-up members of MPAF may submit up to 3 artworks (wall space permitting). Avery Gallery accommodates 3-D art and the fee scale is the same.
FEE: $20.00 for 1st artwork and $10 each for 2nd & 3rd artworks.
FEES: Bring a check or exact change at time of drop off.

ARTWORK:

1. All paintings and photographs must be suitably framed or gallery wrapped, edges painted & must be securely wired for hanging.
2. No nudes per Avery Gallery Guidelines.
3. Avery provides pedestals for sculptures.
4. Watercolor and graphics must be protected by glass or plexiglass.
5. All work must be your original work – no prints or copies.
6. Insurance is the responsibility of the artists.  
7. A value must be placed on the label for insurance purposes even if it is not for sale. 
8. Include horizontal and vertical measurements.
9. Avery Gallery provides intake and pick-up volunteers and does not take a commission on sales.​

OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, May 12, 2023 – 7 to 8:30PM
 
PICK UP ENTRIES: Friday, June 30, 2023 – 12noon to 3PM
