Anna has been a continuing creative artist since her early childhood. During her senior year of high school she attended the Brooklyn Museum of Art School and upon graduation was awarded the Alexander Medal for Art. She attended the Catan-Rose Institute of Art for one year. Upon submitting her art portfolio and interviewing with the jury, she attended the Fashion Institute of Technology switching from Fashion Illustration to Textile Design on Printed Fabrics. After graduation from F.I.T. she worked in the field of Textile Design for Printed Fabrics in Manhattan, N.Y.C. Next, due to her husband's job change, she moved to upstate New York furthering her education through Empire State College. Both schools are part of the State University of New York. Anna taught middle school art classes in the Cato, N.Y. School District. She also lived with her family in Texas for 11 years. For nearly seven of those years she worked for a national department store and became a Merchandise Presentation Specialist for display and advertising. Anna also did some freelance art for a newspaper illustrating book reviews.

Anna’s painting “Let's Dance” was used for the 20th anniversary celebration of the Monterey County Film Commission in the Commission's advertising and invitations. The event was held at the Monterey Convention Center. Her Jazz art was sold in the Eastwood Building in Carmel-by-the-Sea at the KRML Radio Station. KRML was the famous jazz station used in the movie “Play Misty For Me” with Clint Eastwood. Her paintings have been selected for many juried shows. Noteworthy are the Rochester Memorial Art Gallery and the Syracuse Museum Of Art. Her art has sold to buyers from all over the world. Anna prefers to do conceptual art. The idea or concept gives reason not to walk right past it. Color, design, concept, and imagination are very important to her.
