Lauren Wiseman is an oil painter, as well as a passionate conservationist. Using her reverence for the biological world and her love of artistic expression, she zeroes in on striking moments in time. So often these seconds are taken for granted. Through her art she wishes to promote a message of presence, contemplation, and environmental responsibility.
Graduated from Baker University with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Studio Art, Wiseman continuously seeks to marry her two great passions whenever possible. Previously exhibiting in Lawrence, Kansas, Lauren is looking forward to creating and showing work in the Monterey community.
