William Zeigler

​​I enlisted in the Army on July 25, 1977. I arrived on the Monterey Peninsula in February of 1981 as a soldier assigned to the Combat Development Experimentation Command (CDEC), Instrumentation Company (IC) as a "Still Photographic Specialist." I served two tours in Germany, one in Frankfurt and the other in Bamberg. After leaving the service, I worked as a GS-5 photographer for the federal government. I retired from Monterey County in July of 2018 as an accredited Veterans Services Representative.
